Esther Obialor is a seasoned communication professional and media leader with over two decades of cross-sector experience spanning journalism, corporate communication, administration, and healthcare services across Nigeria and the United Kingdom. She holds a BA in Communication Arts from the University of Uyo, an MA in Communication Studies from the University of Port Harcourt, and an MSc in Corporate Communication and Public Affairs from Robert Gordon University.

Esther built a distinguished career in broadcast journalism at Radio Nigeria Treasure FM, where she served as News Editor for 17 years, leading newsroom operations, shaping editorial direction, and mentoring emerging journalists. Her earlier career included roles in marketing, project administration, and corporate governance within reputable organisations in Port Harcourt.

Currently based in Northern Ireland, Esther also works within the healthcare sector, demonstrating adaptability and a strong commitment to service excellence. Her professional strengths include strategic communication, editorial leadership, stakeholder engagement, and organisational coordination.
